The Culinary & Hospitality sessions will be posted as I receive the paperwork from the vendors, there may be several sessions to choose from at the same times for each group. This will cover all costs for the entire week. Fee for these sessions will be $275.00, which will cover all materials and food. Participants will select 6-8 sessions (depending on the number of total registrations & kitchen availability) from the following menu of potential options:Eclairs & Cream Puffs,
Beginner Knife Cuts, Soups, Quick Bread, Cuisine of Louisiana, International Cuisine - Chinese, International Cuisine - Greek, Ramen Challenge, Salads & Emulsions, Wedding Cake Decorating, Strawberry Theme, Pork Tenderloin, Strawberry Peppercorn Gastrique, Strawberry-based Mocktail, Strawberry Pie or Granita, Laminated Dough, ....and MORE! Email will be sent for you to choose, once times and dates of each session are available.
